At Raxmon, we prioritize hygiene and quality above all else. Because we sell intimate wear, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product.
1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of our products (undergarments and panties), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Please double-check your size and color selection before placing an order.
2. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, a damaged item, or the wrong size/color than what you ordered, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please verify the defect by sending us an unboxing video or clear photos of the product.

3. REFUND PROCESS
If your return claim (for damaged or wrong items) is approved:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: We will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched/shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
