SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

At Raxmon, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your products will reach you.

1. DISCREET PACKAGING (PRIVACY GUARANTEED)

We understand that privacy is important when buying intimate wear.

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
  • There is no description of the contents on the outside label.
  • The package will simply look like a standard courier delivery to ensure your privacy is 100% protected.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • 3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: Usually delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

    • Metros: 3-5 Days
    • Rest of India: 5-7 Days

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee (e.g., ₹50) may apply to COD orders.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or public holidays.)

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. COURIER PARTNERS

We use reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart, etc.) to ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly.

6. DAMAGES OR LOST PACKAGES

If you receive a package that is open or looks damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it and contact us immediately. If your order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
